The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made.

• Issuing valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operators or their network).
• Providing refund & support in case of cancellations.
• Providing customer support in case of delays or other inconvenience.
• Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch/agency counter.
• Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while Journey.
• Processing fee will not be refunded on journey day.
• No video service between 12 Midnight to 6 a.m.
• Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. (Depending Upon Seat Availability).
• Ticket Cancellation amount will be credited in your account with in 7 to 10 working days after the refund initiation.
• Selected seat does not guarantee for the same seat allocation. if the selected seat will not be available, any other seat will be allocated automatically without any further notice.

Terms & Conditions of Tour:

• Inclusions: Transportation charges, Tourist guide & Taxes.
• Exclusions: entry tickets, meals & beverages
• Tentative timing for the return of the bus may get delayed due to traffic or technical reasons, beyond the control of the management.
• Kindly carry your address proof with you while traveling.
• For meals & beverages Company is not responsible for the quality, hygiene and price of food etc. at any Dhaba, Hotel or restaurant etc.
• We do not recommend any emporium or shop or shopping mall. Any item purchased or consumed will be at the sole discretion of the bearer of the ticket.
• Ticket availability and seat numbers will be confirmed only after the receipt of the full and final payment by the passengers.
• Selected seat does not guarantee for the same seat allocation If the selected seat will not be available, any other seat will be allocated automatically without any further notice.
• We do not recommend any Pandit fee/Dakshina or any donation at Temple.
• Any dispute or claim to be settled shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi High Court.

Passengers are required to furnish a valid identity proof (driving license, student/company card, Passport, PAN or Voter id). Failing to do so can result in boarding being denied by the bus operator.

Change of bus: In case the bus type mentioned on the ticket is changed for any reason will refund the differential amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customer in 24 hours of the journey. Service charge or home delivery charges will not be refunded if ticket is cancelled.

Cancellation Charges

• Within 12 hours from the station departure time: 100 % Non Refundable.
• Between 12 to 24 hours before station departure time: 80 % Non Refundable.
• Between 24 to 5 days before station departure time: 50 % Non Refundable.
• 5 days before station departure time: 20 % Non Refundable.
